Ruby red wine with violet hues, medium-high intensity, clean and bright. It has aromas of red fruits (strawberry and raspberry) and black fruits (plums, cassis), with a note of black licorice and an undergrowth aroma very characteristic of Tempranillos from the area (Rioja Alavesa). On the palate it is frank, flavorful, with a sweet and velvety tannin. The aftertaste is pleasant, with aromas of red fruits and licorice, and has great persistence on the palate.
Production Process
Wine made from carefully hand-selected grapes. Traditional vinification with destemming while maintaining whole berries. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out at controlled temperature, between 20-25ºC, in stainless steel tanks.
