Cherry red in color, bright and deeply colored, this wine displays a pronounced aromatic intensity, dominated by ripe black fruit, accompanied by delicate balsamic notes and spicy nuances from its aging in French oak. On the palate, it is round, elegant and impeccably structured, leaving a long aftertaste in which ripe black fruit stands out once again.
Production Process
Harvest carried out the first week of October, manual and selected, produced through a destemming process. Alcoholic fermentation in open 500-liter French oak barrels and subsequent malolactic fermentation in the same barrels.
