With a medium-intensity lemon yellow hue, it presents alluring aromas of orange peel, lemon, dried apricots and peach, over a subtle background of oak, vanilla and butter. Its extraordinary acidity, good body and creamy texture enhance the vibrant citrus and stone fruit notes, wrapped in nuances of sweet spices, nuts and honey. Pleasant, persistent and harmonious finish.
Production Process
“Sourced from 1.2 Ha. located at the headlands of 13 micro-plots, nine located in Samaniego and four in Laguardia. The vineyards were planted between 1908 and 1954, with an average age of 95 years. Clay-limestone soils. Bush vines with head training and spur pruning. Altitude around 550 m. Atlantic climate with Mediterranean influence. Average production: 5,200 Kg./Ha.”
