Fresh, vibrant, and memorable.
A wine with an elegant pale salmon-pink colour, clean and very bright. On the nose, it shows high aromatic intensity, with blackberry and violet aromas, a floral and white-fruit background, and a beautifully integrated touch of grapefruit. On the palate it is fresh, with good body, balanced and rounded. It has retronasal aromas of black and red fruit, persistent with a warm finish.
Production Process
This rosé is made from organically grown grapes. After destemming and gentle pressing (or skin contact), the must is settled and fermented at a controlled temperature. The process ends with fining, filtration, and stabilisation, resulting in a clean, balanced wine.
